Would like to send the below tonight or tomorrow morning. Let me know if you have suggestions. My immediate thoughts…
-    Wasn’t sure if it would make sense to mention anything about food or a cash-only bar for the welcome reception. 
-    Let me know if “our registration table which will be open at 7:30am” is acceptable as well.
-    Below is the subject line I planned to use for email.

Welcome Reception

We will be hosting a welcome reception the evening of Tuesday, May 28 at our venue hotel (The DeSoto) from 6:30-8:30pm next to the pool. In case of inclement weather, we will relocate to the Harborview Room on the 15th floor of the hotel. Please plan to join us to meet other attendees and take the opportunity to pick up your badge early.

IPIC 2024 - Day 1

Our event will start promptly at 8:30am on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 in the Cumberland Ballroom located on the first floor of The DeSoto event space. Look for IPIC 2024 signs and our registration table which will be open at 7:30am. Please view the most current event schedule at https://www.pi.events/program/agenda.

Some participating researchers have made available a brief overview video relating to their research. To view their videos, please visit https://ipiconline.pi.events/, review the text in the red highlighted section, and then create a new account via the provided link. Please note that we will need to first approve your account, and then when that is done you will receive an automated email that will include a link to set your password (this is explained in the automated emails that are sent to the email address provided when creating your account).

We plan to record keynote and plenary sessions that will take place in the main session room (Cumberland Ballroom). Those recordings will be processed after conclusion of the LIVE event and should become available after June 7, 2024 within this member-only website. Recordings will be available for streaming-only for at least 30 days.
